AEM Forms Academy

Following our commitment to innovate and grow on all Adobe Experience Cloud technologies we have started our first AEM Forms Academy.  

We completed many AEM Sites Academies in the past 3 years, growing more than 50 AEM developers that are currently working in CodeLand and CodeHills, our sister company in Kigali – Rwanda. Now we have decided to setup a new Academy type to empower our AEM Forms internal division, to be ready to approach new challenges and projects in this field.  

The formula is always the same: 3 months organized in 3 main phases: 

• a first phase (1 month) based on live sessions every day, delivered by our architects, with hands on activities related to the discussed topics; 
• a second phase (1 month) based on more complex weekly exercises with continue reviews from our managers and architects to give to any participant the CodeLand way of working and culture; 
• a third phase (1 month) where candidates reach real teams in a real project, involved on real life working activities. 

At the end of the path candidates will be evaluated based on how they performed, acquiring the possibility to be structured in CodeLand or CodeHills.
